3rd Grade Teacher, Rose Ball, shares how she helps promote students' independence and critical thinking skills through project based learning activities.

hi I'm going to stall and I teach third grade a big part of what we do is to help promote independence with her students and to increase their critical thinking skills we do it through project-based learning activities we incorporate our technology within the Arts we do Movement Theater we do visual art and with the fish Incorporated not just into the reading we can incorporate it into the math in the science and so typically by the end of a project you have very well to show their knowledge of our and of whatever subject we would corporated it into service was one of our projects that we did and it was after living science unit talking about plants and animals and structures into the students to recreate some sort of structure of a plant or an animal and then explain the function of that structure so with this one this was the visual of the vibrant flowers attracting the V to help with growth and reproduction so those were two of the functions that went with the word problem and then they illustrate the word problem isn't that you don't love him and his dad at the batting cages
