Happy Easter weekend! I hope you all have a wonderful holiday with your families and enjoy the long weekend.
Procedures for Arrival After the 8 AM Bell
As we enter the final weeks of the school year, I would ask that parents try to arrive to school on time to minimize classroom disruptions. If you do arrive late in the morning, please park in a parking spot to walk your student in to school. This is especially important on Wednesday mornings because of all the Mass traffic. We want to make sure everyone on our campus stays safe. Thank you for your cooperation.
Bus Cancelled Tuesday, April 7
The 6th grade retreat is Tuesday, April 7th so the AM & PM bus routes will be cancelled this day.
Update Student Information for 2026-27
Reminder that the deadline to submit updated student info packets is next Tuesday, April 7, 2026. It is important that every family completes these forms, for each student, by the deadline. Please reach out to Mrs. Nasif with questions at [email protected] or 601-366-1157.
Uniform Drive to Stock Cardinal Closet
Save the following dates for our uniform drive: May 1, May 8 and May 15. The PA will be collect items in good condition to stock our Cardinal Closet during morning carpool drop off. You can expect our first Cardinal Closet sale sometime in July.
2026 Summer Camp - What to Expect for Preschool Experience
We have been working for months to reimagine our camp experience with the goal of providing something elevated for every age group. I want to address the preschool summer camps since most of our communication so far has focused on K5 through 6th grade.
As you already know, for our older campers, we are partnering with St. Joe to provide off-campus experiences to keep each week fresh, engaging, and memorable.
For our preschool campers, we’ve taken a different approach, one that balances the comfort of the school year routine with the joy of summer fun. Children will enjoy small class sizes and low student-to-staff ratios, creating the same nurturing and supportive environment they experience during the school year. At the same time, we’re “amping up” the fun with weekly enrichment activities like STEM exploration, P.E., baking in our full kitchen, creative arts and crafts, and water days. We’re also excited to include weekly Soccer Shots sessions for our preschool campers.
Our preschool program will continue to offer the structure and learning families value during the school year, including circle time, learning centers, and a consistent daily routine ensuring children stay engaged in an enriching learning environment while still enjoying all the excitement of summer.
Another perk of our camp is that it is a full 10-hour day, allowing parents to have the freedom to continue their normal work schedule (many other summer camps are partial days for the same cost). We are excited for the fun to come!
