AFTER SCHOOL CARE & EXTRACURRICULAR CLUBS

After School Care is available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3 – 6 PM and on Wednesday from 2- 6 PM. Enrollment is limited to space availability.  ASC follows the school calendar in days of operation. Payment is made through your FACTS account or prepaid through the school office. All regulations of the school apply to ASC. Families participating in ASC shall adhere to the list of guidelines and procedures provided. Families may choose to use ASC every day or Wednesdays only. Drop-ins are allowed on a case by case basis with approval from the principal.

 

ASC provides a snack for students and a 30-minute quiet time during which students have the option to work on homework, or another quiet activity, followed by a period of free play both indoors and outdoors.

 

1. 10 minutes before arrival, text the ASC number 601-991-5198 to alert staff of your estimated arrival.
2. Pull in to the school using the Druid Hill Dr. entrance and pull up to the ASC sign. Someone will walk your child to your car. The person picking up must have a carpool tag visible in their windshield. 
3. Parents who arrive after 6:00 PM will be charged a late fee.

We are happy to offer an exciting variety of optional, after-school classes to our students. Ou after school classes are conveniently held on campus and do not require parents to miss time from work or to drive all over town to their child’s lessons.
